Online booking terms
Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply to table reservations made through the Cue Master online booking service. By proceeding to checkout and completing payment through PayNow, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit or pay for a booking.
Booking and confirmation
Submitting the booking form creates a temporary table hold. A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received and a booking confirmation with a reference number is displayed. Please provide accurate contact details and check the selected outlet, table, date and time before payment.
PayNow payment and temporary hold
Online bookings are payable by PayNow. The selected table is held for 5 minutes while payment confirmation is pending. If payment is not confirmed within that period, the hold may expire and the table may become available to another customer. A late payment does not automatically guarantee the original booking; please contact Cue Master for manual review.
Duration and availability
Bookings are made in 30-minute intervals, with a minimum duration of 30 minutes and a maximum duration of 4 hours. Every booking must end within the outlet's operating hours. Tables and start times remain subject to real-time availability until the booking is confirmed.
Arrival and no-show policy
Please arrive and check in no later than 15 minutes after the confirmed booking start time. If you do not check in within this period, Cue Master may treat the booking as a no-show, cancel the reservation, release the table and retain the payment. Arriving late does not extend the confirmed end time.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact Cue Master as early as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Requests are subject to table availability and are not confirmed until acknowledged by Cue Master. No-show payments are non-refundable. Any other refund or remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law or a written confirmation from Cue Master.
Use of the venue
Customers and guests must follow venue rules and reasonable staff instructions, use tables and equipment responsibly, and avoid unsafe, unlawful or disruptive conduct. Customers may be held responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, subject to applicable law.
Personal information and third parties
Contact details are used to administer the reservation, verify payment and send booking-related notifications. Payment is processed by HitPay, and optional calendar links use Google Calendar. Those third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Service interruptions
If Cue Master cannot honour a confirmed booking because of an operational issue or an event beyond reasonable control, the team will contact you using the details provided and arrange an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. The version accepted when you complete your booking applies to that reservation.
