How we handle your personal data
Who this notice is from
Cue Master operates the pool table booking service at this website and the venue at B-Central, Bendemeer Road, Singapore. This notice explains what personal data we collect through online bookings, why we collect it, and who else handles it. It is written to reflect our obligations under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
To take a booking we ask for your name, a Singapore mobile number and an email address. You may optionally add notes to your reservation. We also store the booking itself — outlet, table, date, start time, duration, price and the reference returned by our payment provider. We do not ask for, receive or store your card, bank or PayNow account details.
Why we use it
Your contact details are used to administer the reservation: to confirm the booking, to verify that payment was received, to send you the confirmation and any booking-related notice, and to reach you if we cannot honour a booking. Your booking record is also used to run the venue — assigning tables, managing arrivals and handling no-shows, refunds and disputes.
Who else handles your data
A booking necessarily passes through a few services. HitPay processes the PayNow payment and receives the booking amount and reference. Google Calendar receives the booking so staff can see the schedule. Confirmation email is delivered through Gmail. Each of these providers applies its own terms and privacy practices to the data it handles. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. The only cookie we set is a signed session cookie for staff who sign in to the admin dashboard. Your browser may still store data locally to keep the booking form working as you use it.
How long we keep it
Booking records and the contact details attached to them are retained for as long as we need them to run the venue and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. When a record is no longer needed for any of those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and withdraw consent to further use. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer hold or honour an existing booking. Write to us using the contacts below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Keeping it secure
Bookings are transmitted over HTTPS, payment is handled by our payment provider rather than by this site, and the admin dashboard is protected by an account password and a signed session. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
